Science Week

This week Johanna was back at All Hallows School in Howick Cross taking part in their Science Week. Johanna gave up her Monday morning off to help encourage the pupils to think about their health and well being. She talked about the importance of regular movement, taking breaks from sitting and the importance of good posture. She explained how all these factors have a major impact on health and suggested a few simple steps that the pupils could take to maintain their optimum health. With a bit of a luck Johanna's advice will mean that these pupils won't need to visit a chiropractor in the near future...Until they fall off their bikes, play rugby, sleep on the floor after gaming......Etc. Etc.
